Our Mission
Le Luxe Property is a short-stay management company. We are driven by a genuine love for helping both guests and property owners, creating beautiful stays for travellers while providing owners with a management service they can trust completely. Our mission is simple: exceptional homes, exceptional care, exceptional experiences.
Founded by Hannah, a property owner, experienced host and detail-driven operator Le Luxe Property was created after experiencing first-hand how hard it was to find a management company with true attention to detail. With her background in hosting and running her own successful Airbnb, she understands what guests value, what owners expect, and how important it is for a property to be looked after as if it were your own.
Our portfolio includes coastal homes, beachfront properties, farm stays and contemporary architectural builds, each managed with the same high standards of presentation, cleanliness and care. We are proactive with maintenance, quick to respond to guests and owners, and committed to ensuring every property remains in excellent condition year-round. This level of attentiveness is one of our key points of difference.
To complement our homes, we offer a curated range of in-house experiences including private chefs, massages, wine tastings, helicopter flights and more. Allowing guests to personalise their stay and elevate special moments. We also partner with local wineries to offer complimentary tastings for guests, adding an extra touch of hospitality and a deeper connection to the region.

Meet Our Team
Hannah — Founder & Director
Hannah leads every aspect of Le Luxe Property with a hands-on, operations-driven approach. As Founder, she oversees guest communications, client management, property onboarding, and the full end-to-end guest experience. She personally conducts cleaning checks, quality control, and ensures each home meets Le Luxe’s elevated presentation standards. With a background as both an Airbnb owner and host, Hannah brings a rare combination of detail, hospitality intuition and efficiency to the business. Her role touches every part of the process; styling, logistics, maintenance coordination, guest relations, and owner support. Hannah ensures every property performs at its best and every stay feels effortless for both guests and owners.
James — Co-Founder, Operations, Technical Support & In-House Media
James plays a key role behind the scenes at Le Luxe Property, overseeing maintenance, repairs, and the technical systems that keep each home running smoothly. With a practical skill set and a strong understanding of property upkeep, he handles everything from minor fixes and troubleshooting to coordinating trades when required.
Alongside operations, James manages the software, automations and backend systems that streamline bookings, calendars and day-to-day workflows. His technical insight ensures our processes remain efficient, reliable and consistent across the entire portfolio.
James is also responsible for our in-house media, producing high-quality photos, videos and marketing content that showcase each property at its best. He supports the daily operations of the business, contributing to everything from property setup to backend management. His mix of hands-on maintenance, technical expertise and creative media work makes him an essential part of keeping Le Luxe running seamlessly.
